Default Build advice

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a bit of advice on a build that caught my attention.
The build is located at http://gwvault.ign.com/View.php?view....Detail&id=670 but features a Prophecies-only skill (Insidious Parasite) which I haven't unlocked yet.
I was wondering, should I create my character in Factions, or go through Prophecies for that one spell?

I'd rather go through Factions, since it's a lot more fun and more fast paced; but I will be out of what looks like an important skill.

Should I trudge through Prophecies just to get it?

Start your necro in Factions.
Unlock the skill in pvp
Travel to lion's arch via Kaineng center
Buy the skill at Lion's arch skill trader.

As far as I knew, you can't unlock PvP skills and have then appear on your PvE character.

But everything else that Utaku says is the best way to go.

They don't appear on your pve character, but you can buy any unlocked non-elite skill at skill trader. So unlock it first, and then buy it.
